All orders placed through www.malliya.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Greece.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Greece.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, product launches, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

• Greek Islands: 2–5 business days

• European Union Countries: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
• Switzerland and other Non-EU European Countries: 4–8 business days
• Selected International Destinations (including the United Arab Emirates): 5–10 business days
Express Shipping (where available)
• DHL Express: 1–3 business days within Europe
• UPS Express Saver: 1–3 business days within Europe
• International Express Services: 2–5 business days depending on destination

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather events, carrier delays, strikes, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Malliya Europe has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returned shipments, or destruction of goods by local customs authorities.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may choose one of the following:
• Pay the applicable shipping costs to have the order reshipped; or
• Receive a refund for the order value less any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, or other costs incurred by Malliya Europe.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to customer actions, any original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@malliya.com and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier where possible.
Malliya Europe is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:
• The packaging
• The shipping label
• The damaged item(s)
We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
