RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Malliya Europe, we take great care in ensuring every order is packed and dispatched to the highest standard.

Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we ask customers to carefully review their purchase before placing an order.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us at hello@malliya.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in their original packaging
• Be in original condition
• Be free from signs of use, wear, washing, fragrance, cosmetic residue, hair products, or damage
• Be suitable for resale as new

Products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold as new are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an eligible return is approved, a refund will be processed and a new order may be placed separately.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A faulty item
• A damaged item
• An incorrect item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@malliya.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund where required by applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Where a return is approved for change of mind, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned parcel is lost in transit, Malliya Europe cannot be held responsible and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund.
